Roasted chicken upgrade!!

We used the Cafe de Paris butter as an under-skin baking marinade for roast chicken last week, and the butter worked double duty absorbing into the meat and crisping the skin. It was the best chicken I ever roasted--rich and moist--and I will continue to roast chicken using Bifrost Butter. It was delicious!

Good on everything!
