Pasta, Shrimp & Escargot Butter

So wickedly simple, it's not really a recipe.

This is one of our favorite 'throw down' dinners when we're in a hurry but don't want sandwiches. It's so simple, I hesitate to call it a recipe.

Cook your favorite pasta al dente, strain and put back in pot you cooked it in.

Season and cook shrimp your favorite way. We like to grill on the stove top or boil in cajun blackening spice.

Cook any other vegetables or additions to your pasta dish.

Combine all in the pot with the pasta, add a generous dollop of Escargot Butter; about 2 tablespoons.

Stir gently until everything is melted and mingled.

Shave some fresh parm cheese on top, and Voila!!
