What a trite title for a blog post, right?
What would you say if I told you that it would take at least two hours for you to make what you could have in just seconds by slicing a piece of our compound butter to up your culinary game?
Peeling and chopping shallots and garlic, stemming 3-6 different herbs, measuring out wine, liquor and other liquids (although that could be fun!), mixing, shaping and chilling.
