It's been a minute, but butter word is spreading

Word is getting out that Bifrost Butters is the new condiment in your refrigerator. Find out why.

Per our press release, we are now established in all 28 Lunds & Byerlys stores in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area and we and them are pretty happy with the reception our compound butters are getting.

Chef Joel does a demo at one of there stores every Saturday, so that should keep us busy through the summer! The best part? At every demo, the store sells about a case of each flavor. Education has become so key to our success, thus the reason we are always somewhere demo'ing our butter to customers.

We understand that for most people, the definition of a compound butter is taking a block of softened butter and mixing in two or three herbs, some spices and calling it a day. That is so NOT what Bifrost Butters is. With up to 24 ingredients (Cafe de Paris), it performs as more of a condiment than something to finish your steak with. Our recipes are created to compliment just about any dish, elevate it to new heights, and impress you and your guests.

Stick it under a broiler over meat, vegetables, pasta... you're creating a rich, caramelized butter sauce. Mount it in your favorite sauce recipe. Mixing in with your scrambled eggs or omelette in the morning. The best part is, when you serve this at your next dinner party, your guests will know something is new and different and wonderful, but will have no idea what you've done. And you have the pleasure of knowing that something special took you just a few seconds to amp up the flavor.

We'll be adding more and more recipes and ways to use Bifrost Butters in the coming posts, so stay tuned!
